Taxonomic Features
Stem reddish, possessing long internodes and nodes, rooting at nodes. Leaves simple, kidney shaped with wavy margin, glabrous at both sides. Inflorescence an umbel, 3-4 flowered. Flower pinkish, sessile. Fruit ribbed.

Medicinal Value
Useful in skin and blood disorders, improves memory and used as a tonic. Locally it used for mental weakness and memory loss with cow milk. Its powder and infusion is effective in jaundice.
